Just explain to them what you're going to do and why you think it'll work. Even if you have no previous clients, you want to increase the perceived likelihood of them getting the outcome, and reduce the risk.

How do you say that you already have the cleaning jobs if you don't? Like, how do you explain that to the prospect or to your client that you're running campaigns for?
That's my question as well. So we're basically lying in our email just to get them to respond? Obviously, that's the key sentence out of the entire email. Without it, I'm sure the response rate would be much lower. If I were a prospect, and I saw that email, I would assume you already have 27 cleaning jobs yøu can send my way. I would ask for the price and inquire if you can send me those contacts right away. But that's just me.
