Great breakdown on scaling cold email campaigns! Remember to warm up your email domains before hitting those high volumes to avoid spam filters and maintain sender reputation. Personalization is key; even at scale, tailored emails can significantly boost your response rates.
hey jimmy. love your content. quick question. you have said before that you charge a set up fee in the beginning and a performance based fee. but email accounts have monthly fee to keep them up. how does that work ? shouldnt the clients pay for them every month?
Thanks again for this content Jimmy! Currently I'm running a campaign for my agency but only hitting a max of 25% open rates (DKIM/SPF/DMARC are all set up properly, 1.6% bounce rate and I'm following all the steps in the video above). I'm using Godaddy's Business Basic, could that be a reason for the super low open rates? Since you said that even with no SL 50% open rate is expected?
Yes you likely have a deliverability issue. I wouldn’t use the built in outlook with godaddy as deliverability is worse by far. I’d setup the domain first, then use MS to setup the oulook email inboxes
I have tried but honestly wasn’t worth the effort and it depends on which blacklist it is on. But usually much easier to just guy a new domain and call it a day
@@jimmyfung_ i was thinking that too - are you familiar with SuomiSpam Blacklist? it says its for Finland...I am in US and got on it...still cant tell if that one is a big negative or not...any thoughts on that one? thanks!
Hey Jimmy, I've run into the question from clients about how I would qualify a sales call - i referred to the info they provide in the Onb Form and redirecting interest to the resources they provide (to prevent calls just exploring their service), but as they are in recruitment, they're quite hesistant as a call will not result in money staright away (only paid once they fill the role). Do you have any tips?
Hello Jimmy, Is there any way to check the reputation of my domain? I want to know the status of my domain, if it's already blacklisted, emails are going into spam, etc... thanks
the most effective way to check if your emails are landing in the inbox is to setup a "test" campaign with your own personal email and send the cold email campaign towards it and see where it lands

Great tip!
after the live, now can watch in good video quality
Haha pixels were sooo bad 😂
I don't get how to connect the domain to the 3 email addresses. Do you need to pay for the emails again?
You’d connect it through the MS admin panel where you’d buy the MS outlook business basic liscence
@@jimmyfung_ Oh, alright. Thank you so much!
@@tajcompsworking on this as well, how’s the setup going?
all my colds to gmail adress goes to spam, but regural domain not. gmail is pain in the ass

Thanks man. The setup fee also covers these fees for a few months and since we’re also doing performance we can make profit long term
cant we just ask the client to cover the email subscription fee ? the emails are up for their sakes anyways@@jimmyfung_
how can you gather 1000 emails easy for me to gather just 150 emails it took me the whole day
hey jimmy, do you also send on weekends or just monday to friday? thanks
I do weekends as well!
Is it better to only send emails on week day's ?

How’s the open rates going now?
bro I cant afford 20 or 10 domains what should I do?
Do manual outreach
jimmy just for a long term vision ...till how much can i scale this lead gen agency and for how much it can be sold for
Haha i can’t answer that since I never sold my agency but definitely possible 😂
Logically how much you can sell an agency will be based on how much money an agency is generating.
Jimmy - do you ever try to GET OFF Blacklists? If a domain is just on 1 blacklist...do you keep using it or do you consider it burnt?
I have tried but honestly wasn’t worth the effort and it depends on which blacklist it is on. But usually much easier to just guy a new domain and call it a day

Haven't watched video yet.
Are you using instantly?
I use smartlead but instantly does the same thing
what outlook plan are you using?
Outlook business basic
Would this work using a cloud email SAAS like MailChimp?
You wouldn't want to use mailchimp to send cold emails if that's how you mean. Mailchimp is more for newsletter styled emails for warm audiences

What about Titan email?
Never personally tested it before

I got a domain , I can create unlimited gmail adresses. Do I need to buy new domains ?
Yes. Generally i do 1 domain = 3 email accounts to maintain good deliverability
There has to be a better way then 30 emails
