Bedini Pulse Motor 3rd coil increases rpm from 85 to 105

When I activated my third trigger coil my rpm went from 85 to 105 with a 14 magnet neodymium wheel. The charge rate increased as well.

add more charge coils and try to self loop the system

Please apply this principle on scooter front wheel.

You could use a scooter front wheel but a bike wheel that is aluminum works alot better. The wheel has to be lightweight and non ferrous.
