This is an extrapolation of the Bedini method of recycling electromotive force that would've been lost through flyback voltage spikes and turning it back into electricity.
Because you have more than one coil (four) you could have made the motor as self-starting, it's only necessary to place the magnets at the right non-in phase distance.

Since you only have one set of coils at the three o clock position would adding more coils at the 12 o clock and 6 o clock position like a "C" around the magnets produce more charging energy for the battery ?? How much energy you saved by this method? In watts? Mass of this motor? Energy consumed for 17000 rpm ? Can it be used as generator? Cost? Time mfging?
This version does not run forever. If without recharging, the battery can run this motor for an hour, with recharging the time can increase lets say to 24 hours but eventually the battery will go dead because every time the cycle is repeated of recharging, the cycle becomes shorter.

Wait. If you're magnets are all facing North you aren't getting an AC wave form from your generating coils. You're actually getting a small amount of DC. It's actually unfortunately not that efficient. To change this you'll need to redesign the whole thing, your timing circuit, the direction of the wire in which the coils are built. Scrap the whole thing and start over essentially... Unfortunately. Nice build though.

Hmm, much wastage of magnetic fields because the neodymium magnets is very strong here, the coils length could have been much longer used with iron ore center which will increase the efficiency
