    One thing I might suggest is cooking in smaller batches
    I like my stir fries with a bit more color and the quantity of snow peas might be overwhelming your burner?

    Omg with that shrimp 🦐 broth u can make amazing 🤩 recipes u can make Ecuadorian 🇪🇨 ceviche or sopa marinera you can make a Peruvian 🇵🇪 dish called chupe de camarones or parihuela. You can make paella that’s from Spain 🇪🇸 or Ecuadorian arroz de camarón 👌👌👌😋😜🤗👌👌👌🤩👌👌👌🤗😋😋😋

    Looks totally delish and I really enjoyed watching you cook! I like how you succinctly explained everything (the flattening of the shrimp was a new tip for me!) and your videographer did a great job. I do wonder, why you only remove the string from one side of the snow peas? I've seen it done both ways, but don't know if there is a reason to do both sides instead of just one. Thanks!

      Glad you enjoyed it! I try to remove from both sides, pulling away from one side for each end. Sometimes they aren't too fibrous and doesn't rip much off, in which case I would just leave it on. Thank you for watching!
