I don't believe there is currently a Fire Force or Tokyo Ghoul lottery but there have been in the past. If you follow @ballpensandetc on Instagram she usually posts about any upcoming kuji in case you want to play (info for requesting Nancy to play for you is at the end of the video)
Yes, Otaku House is another good option. I have personally spent a lot of money through them and got my prizes, so I can confirm it's legit. They have live shows every day, time will depend on your timezone (they are based in Singapore). The kuji lotteries release in Japan first, and then OH (Otaku House) gets them usually a couple months later. Check out the website so you can see what they have available, but I also recommend if you do want to try it, that you tune in for a live show to see how it works because it can be a little confusing for new people. Basically, you will buy however many tickets you want, and then they will open them that day, unless it's a preorder or gachapon. When you attend the live, they go according to order number, so when it gets to you you'll want to say your order number so you can choose (if there are multiple designs for a prize). It's really fun and everyone is super nice. We all cheer each other on 😊

So he must have gave Daddy some extra hugs and rubbed off all her good luck on to him. A friend of mine her grandmother used to say that if you have lots of luck and you hug someone some of your luck will be transferred to them maybe this is true
