Similar to the other sentiments here, this is the only hip opening yoga video on UA-cam that feels truly, deeply effective. I feel like it targets the exact region of my hips that I have problems with and doesn’t just stretch them- but strengthen and mobilizes them too. Carson is wonderful!
This is great. It’s not crazy intense but much more challenging than you’d think and doing its wonders. Also you get to use the body parts, muscles and joints that you normally don’t and it’s a big plus. One of the freshest yoga videos I have encountered.

ummm carson I found the first full lotus of my LIFE following this sequence. Ty for an innovatice and challenging workshop; gonna be introducing this practice to my regular cycle. GRATEFUL

about this video: hip opening with exercises that include internal and external rotation some of which I have never done before. No downward dogs, no core work. Even for a guy like me with very tight hips the exercises were manageable and allowed my hips to open up more than conventional stretching. i would recommend
Carson, that is a great work out and you demonstrate the stretches excellently. I have struggled with hip flexibility and wondered if you could give advice and encouragement during the practice for those of us with slightly less “stretch”. Perhaps giving hints and tips so we can progress rather than just feeling “well I didn’t quite make that one either !” Many Thanks Tim 🙏
What kind of black magic is this?! I started unable to even cross my legs and ended sitting in a full lotus! I haven't been able to sit in full lotus in over 2 years!
Me hips aren’t flexible at all, so it felt like a real hard work out, but I am glad I did it because in the end I felt more movement and ease in my hips, thx!
While the 90/90 position exercises felt really good, as soon as we went into the pancake/legs spread forward fold, I was severely limited. Any suggestions?
I like the content of this class, but would have appreciated more modifications for people who aren't as strong/flexible as Carson. I'm thinking in particular of shifting from sitting to standing in a straddle, and lifting the legs in a straddle.
