You don't need to use partner connectors, a data connector to MySQL databases is provided by Google for free.
How to display last record from GS in score card based on date filter
I have hit a relatively tough question at work:
How can I create a custom field that uses the same metrics of a given field, but pulls the data from one year prior? I want to use this to make a custom year-over-year metric for measuring SEO optimizations. The idea is that I can use this information to create a conditional formula for the metric so that if our traffic trends too far away from our baseline that we see it in our GDS report.
Hi Team,
I'm trying to create a Chart bar of my sales per hour (e-commerce) (shopify style) but when i have no sales for one particular hour GDS doesn't show this bar in the chart. I would like to have always 24 bars (for 24 hours) and get the "Revenue" from each hours and see on the chart a hole when there is Zero revenue for the specific hour. Impossible to do it so far for me. I couldn't find anything online or on your channel about it !

Great explanation! Have a question - is it possible to build a chart NOT affected by filter? I would like to build a chart showing overall avg. data so we can compare the filtered data with all website data. For comparison purpose, I also wanna know whether Data Studio provide comparison function beyond date range comparison.
tom wong Hi. Filters can be applied to the whole report and to individual objects or groups of objects. Selecting each object and the filter groups them together. I haven’t tried what you want but there must be a way to stop any filters applying to an object.
@@grahamcheetham3043 I found a tricky way to do that: 1) create two identical data sources; 2)use data source A as anchor; 3) use data source B as variable -> filtering data source B charts won't affect data source A charts

I need help regarding Google Data Studio. I want to show "Time" from my data source as it is but can't find a way. For Example:
Starting Time: 19:15
Ending Time: 20:30
If there's any way to do it, please help or if it could be done on Excel in some way, please let me know. I am making Dashboard for my company.

You just need to share the report once with your manager. Any change you make later will be immediately applied to the report that they view.

excel Power View is better than Google Data Studio

@@MeasureSchool as google data studio is derived from power view only..as power view was launched in 2013..power bi and google data studio are just derivations of power view..power view is the trend setter..google data studio is the follower
And with power view you can directly export the interactive report to powerpoint which is not the case with Google data studio
This us kinda useless,MAKE THIS WITH REAL DATA.
