Really very nice video, am getting warning signal in TATA nano, first actuator it got locked in my parking . i unlocked it by opening Module but i did't removed battery connection. so after i manually unlocked the actuator now its showing warning signal and car not starting immediately. after few time on off the then that warning signal is going. i checked in service center they are telling pump and reservoir need to replace. but am doubt how to confirm. can u please help in this regards

Hi Sir I had one Nano AMT genx it got stuck while reverse so I took it to autorised tats service centre by toying , that time my car was cranking technical advisor said he will diagnosis n scanning n kept my car outside the workshop for almost 20 days n it seems car was pushed inside the workshop for checking n phoned me saying auto control unit is not working but actually technical advisor did not even checked it by inserting the key for ten mts that day since it was minor problem as per my opinion Secondly as per manual it is mentioned ast vehicle should not be shifted from one place to other by pushing as catalitic converter gets damaged But when I took my vehicle to workshop the contractor lifted my car.from rear side as the engine is at back side n also drove slowly Sir needed your opinion

Transmission units life will be more because its fully automated and shifting will happen at desired speed only.

Please, is the actuator oil for Suzuki Dzire. Changed every kilometer or period of time, I mean, it has data written on the box. And is it necessary to reprogram why after the change and thank you?
No actuator oil has no recommend replacement period, you can change if it become dark colour. Oil is available at Suzuki dealer. 550 ml is the quantity. 🙏

Bro, meri cellerio 2015 amt me bhi yahi problem hai kabhi kabhi suddenly neutral ( free ) ho jati hai raste me, manual me shift karna padta hai fata fat and then thode time baad auto par set karne par tikh ho jata hai apne aap. Mechanic ko dikaya tha usne wiring ki problem bta tikh kr diya or sath hi clutch set change kr diya . Thode din toh tikh cali car but again recently same problem aa gayi. Koi solution nahi mil raha .help kro kuch.
The cog and exclamation mark is the Suzuki Celerio transaxle warning light. Hello sir actually my wagon r amt got same issue.. Always showing warning light and after contacting dealer they told to replace actuator but after replacing actuator same problem occured. Now they are telling that amt unit oil leakage is occurring therefore they are saying to replace whole amt unit. Can you suggest me any alternative methods. Thanking you

No repair for select control piston, whole unit need to be replaced.
MY CELERIO 2014 MODEL had problem with AMT , i could not get the actuator assembly part # 21300M62SE1 . The Maruti dealer says this is not sold separately as baby part . I had to buy the whole controller set AGS at whooping Rs 69,000/- . can you help me get the actuator assembly , so that the old part can be repaired and recover some money out of it . thanks .

No issues while removing and refitting battery from vehicles equipped with AGS. No need to do any resets or initialization until you do any job related to AGS, Gearbox or Clutch.

P188C - Transmission range sensor signals is not inputted or abnormal
Trouble area - Shift selector or its ground circuit. if shift selector is ok then check TCM/ AMT unit.

Do you have any mail address to write you, because I bought the clutch kit according to the chassis number but I am not sure about if it is the correct one. I wanted to send you pictures. Here in Chile nobody undertand very well the auto gear shift transmission, nobody Know how to repair it, especially with the shift control actuator, if you have an issue with it, they only replace it for a new one and it is very expensive, 1700 USD or more. Many people have had problems here with the AGS suzuki celerio. Some people say that it very common that this transmission system fails and if it havent failed, it will soon in any moment in the future.

ഞാൻ 2016 മോഡൽ ags wagon R ആണ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരുന്നത്. Transmission problem വന്നു. Gears not engaging. ആദ്യം അവർ ags unit ലെ മോട്ടോർ മാറ്റി നോക്കി. ഒരു 40 കി. മി. ഓടിയപ്പോഴേക്കും വീണ്ടും പ്രശ്നം ആയി. പിന്നീട് ags യൂണിറ്റ് full മാറ്റി വച്ചു. ക്ലച്ചിനും തെയ്മാനം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. എല്ലാം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോഴേക്കും 1ലക്ഷം രൂപയ്ക്ക് മുകളിൽ ആയി..

Steering rack repair cheyyam, bent anenkil marendi varum, sound anenkil repair cheyyam. Steering gear box noise is common after 40000 km.

Hello, my dzire AMT diesel now odo reading 66,000kms. In 5th gear while i push hard in overtaking after 80kms it is giving little bit more sound like struggling to pick up. This iam observing from the last 5000kms only. Is this an indication that my clutch, pressure plates are wearing off? No oil leakage, no amt hazard light . Can u guess what may be the problem?what should be done

@@iiaarsautomotivetrainings3037 Till date car is in stock. Never done any work to my car apart from general servicing every 10k kms and diesel. No work is done. Now car odo is at 66,000kms. 2017 model diesel AMT.
Iam observing only in 5th gear from 80km to 100km only.. slight revving sound if i push hard to overtake. And again above 110 to 170kmph there is no problem.it reaches top speed effortlessly.
@@chichura9 As there is no warning lights, clutch disc may be worn out. You can consult with nearest dealer or Independent garage trained to do AMT jobs. Happy motoring.

Sorry, we cant do that. It can be converted but will cost around 2 lakh. Your warranty will also get void.

Celerio AMT(2014 ) TCM auto transmission unit ഓയിൽ ലീക് ആവുന്നു , ഓയിൽ കുറവുമുള്ള സമയത്തു ട്രാഫിക്കിൽ വണ്ടി നിർത്തി എടുക്കുമ്പോൾ ഗിയര് മാറുന്നുല്ല , ആക്സിലേറ്റർ നല്ലവണ്ണം പ്രസ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ വണ്ടി നല്ല രീതിയിൽ ജമ്പ് ചെയ്യുന്നു, PISTON SET (5000/- RS ) മാറ്റി നോക്കി , ശെരിയായില്ല , മലബാർ (കോഴിക്കോട്,മലപ്പുറം ,പാലക്കാട്,തൃശൂർ ) ഭാഗത്തു ഏതെങ്കിലും നല്ല വർക്ക് ഷോപ് ഉണ്ടോ ?.

എന്റെ വണ്ടി 2017 wagonr amt ആണ്. 4,5 gear ൽ 2000 rpm ൽ പോകുമ്പോൾ മാത്രം വണ്ടിയിൽ നിന്നും "കൃർ " എന്ന മൂളുന്ന sound. വീടിനടുത്തുള്ള workshop ൽ കാണിച്ചപ്പോൾ അവർക്ക് identify ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല ( lockdown ആയതു കൊണ്ട് authorised servicecenter open അല്ല ). ഞാൻ 2 mechanic നെ phone ലൂടെ contact ചെയ്ദപ്പോൾ 2 ആളും പറഞ്ഞത് gearoil complaint അല്ലെങ്കിൽ gearoil ന്റെ pressure നേരാവണ്ണം എത്തുന്നുണ്ടാകില്ല എന്നാണ്.( അവർ വണ്ടി ഓടിച്ചു നോക്കിയിട്ടില്ല. ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞത് വെച്ച് ഇതാവാം complaint എന്ന് ആണ് പറഞ്ഞത്) ഒരു കാര്യം പ്രത്യേകം note ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് 4,5 gear ൽ 2000 rpm ൽ മാത്രമേ ഈ സൗണ്ട് ഉള്ളു. അതിൽ കുറഞ്ഞദോ കൂടിയദോ rpm ൽ പോയാൽ പ്രശ്നം ഇല്ല. 4,5 gear ൽ അല്ലാതെ മറ്റു gear ൽ പോകുമ്പോളും sound കേൾക്കാറില്ല...
