What temp do you have your pid dial set on the Linea Mini? I am trying to dial in my LMLM and the wife and I love Hairbender!
Great video! But you left out what the optimum yield is for this coffee (you did mention 25 seconds brew time). Can you please provide a target yield for a starting point on this coffee?
