I cant imagine how it would feel like a parent who feels responsible for a child all his life being colorblind then having that feeling wiped out in one moment by a pair of glasses
To learn all the colors, only having known the names and what items are SUPPOSED to be, is a whole new experience... to hear him say "what color is that?" more than once was priceless.
Oh Ben, you posted others with their glasses, and you were without color yourself! God Bless you dear young man! The world is your oyster! Hug your sobbing mommy, as this gift is visceral to parents... hugs from KY🥰
What a great family! You guys let him adjust to the glasses! The dad and mom were so supportive and interested in their son. Hope your son is still enjoying the color. Thank you for sharing!
My first child, I first found out that he was color blind when he was 7 years old. When I heard that there were glasses for color blind people, I tried to set aside funds to buy them color blind glasses. Now he is 26 years old, yet I still can't afford to buy him. Even after I am getting older now, I no longer have a job after an accident in 2011 ... I am really happy to see him can have glasses for color blindness .... God bless you all....
Have you seen picture of how the colorblind see the colors? For them almost all is a sort of light brown-yellow. It´s not that he "just" doesn´t care. Two more "looks at that yellow" and he start to kick the yellow flowers :D
That is so cool!! I never realized how much I took for granted the fact that I could see color. Very happy for this guy. Enjoy your new world of color.
Should have gone to an aquarium/ sea life centre, garden centre/florist shop and maybe a greengrocer to look at the fruit and vegetables. Mind blown! Saw a video where the man saw the traffic lights change from red to green, his face!!! If I had millions of pounds /dollars I'd happily pay for colour blind people to see how beautiful our world is.
I love Mom's laughing with delight every time he sees something striking! 😁 And I think Mom and Dad really "saw" colors they may have taken for granted in the past. What a blessing He gives.
Ah, okay. Now that you've pointed that out, those are the 'big deal' colors they seem most interested in. Still feel a little sorry for the mom, though.
Lol, didn't notice until now how badly my poor Mom wanted me to see the yellow flowers. You're right though, Phil K, yellows are not as profoundly changed by the glasses as other colors
The fuzzy leave plant is called 'Lambs Ear', part of the mint family. Glad the color corrective glasses help you to see vivid or more saturated colors. It's a whole new world to explore!😃👓🎇🎆
Has anyone gotten glasses without the box or case? I would surprise them, I would say" try these out " that would be great. Don't get me wrong I love every single reaction. Thank God for the person's who invented them. 😍 Forgot to say Congratulations guy's! If anyone one has a GoFundMe, me I would like to help.
I'll be honest with you when I first saw this yesterday and cheered when every one of these people got to see color for the first time in their lives it brought me to tears! because i was so happy for them! Absolutely great programs to watch! And I love watching also and I highly recommend it programs on here on UA-cam about kids asking their stepdads to adopt them? Absolutely heartwarming stuff keep up the good work! 😁
Props to the dad the way he tried to help his son with understanding different shades is awesome. and good on the kid for understanding how his body is confused at first. These guys did it right.
This is fabulous: on your travels for color. The Antelope Valley Poppy reserve. I’d have loved to see you walk around town. Congrats and mom n dad rock!
That pale frosted green is what a lot of plants look like when there is frost out. I'm sure it has a name but not one common enough for us to know. I'd say it's a sort of pale mint green? Best way I can think to describe it. :)
Help I've been binge watching these all night
Maffer G Same... it's 4:30 am:(
Help, it's been weeks!
1 year later but yes yes that's me rn
Same
Me too! And crying...
Never before has the phrase "the grass is always greener on the other side of the road" been so accurate!
I think their neighbors are letting their dogs pee on this couple's front lawn.
This guy is actually really, really good at communicating how the experience feels, I feel like I really understood him.
Matthew Revell exactly!
He is my brother and he is the most awesome person ever :)
I tried these glasses as well a few weeks ago. Crazy to see how he noticed exactly the same things like the street signs and skin tones.
His moms reaction is so cute. She's so overwhelmed for him! Haha

I love how excited the parents are!!
To learn all the colors, only having known the names and what items are SUPPOSED to be, is a whole new experience... to hear him say "what color is that?" more than once was priceless.
When a grown man is excited about a garden hose… Now that’s worth it right there👍🏼‼️
Oh the hose is green ?
Loved that moment! I'll never look at a garden hose the same way again.
I'm excited about my garden hoes
Your parents are so cute and they know how to film in landscape. doesn't get any better

I dated a color blind guy for a couple of years. These people really get ripped off of Earth's natural beauty. I enjoyed the share. Thank you

I feel bad for the mom, she so excited for her son and he won't even give yellow the time of day.
seemed like he already saw it to a degree, but the shades of green and purple seems to be what most amazes these folks in these videos
Ah, okay. Now that you've pointed that out, those are the 'big deal' colors they seem most interested in.

Green is my favorite color by far. I can't imagine what it'd be like to see it for the first time as an adult.
Oh Ben, god bless you. and your parents for cheering for you every time you had an excited reaction. They were so happy for you.
Can't stop crying happy tears for these folks.

I didn't realize how much green there is till watching these videos.
We never see the world that so much better...with the glasses on...woooh! Suddenly, A WHOLE NEW WORLD.❤️
I'm glad that the glasses work for you. I've seen over 300 people now that the glasses work for. I've seen only a few posted that they don't work for.
Awe, I am also color blind so I know how he feels and it makes me so happy that he can see different variations of color.
“Yes! It’s green! It’s green! Eahaheahhaheh”
He is perplexed with the varity of green. This is amazing! My favorite color

He has red/green color blindness, yet his mother keeps wanting him to look at the yellows.
You've no idea how happy your parents are that you can see colors now 🤗
AWESOME!!
Yahoo makes me happy for him😀
Look up pics of the rainbow tree from Hawaii. Amazingly colorful! The fuzzy plant is called lamb's ear.
I was about to ask where they are located, then the mom told me Buffalo, NY. Thanks!
This is a miracle! Roof is terra cotta.
That son is very handsome.. 😍😙
I love these but alot of them are in fall or winter when there's not much color, find somewhere there's alot of color such as a flower shop
His mother, too cute
"LOOK" "LOOK" "LOOK" "LOOK" "LOOK"
"GOD DAMN I'M IN A SERIOUS CLASH BETWEEN BRAIN AND EYE"

*Have you glued them on to your face yet? It would be really cool if they could make EnCroma contacts in the future.*
