Lovely I tried the method for reheating a dried out old rotisserie chook I had cut into 8 pieces and thanks to the cup of chicken stock in the bottom of the casserole dish and the tinfoil over the top it came out so succulent and just fell off the bone! Everyone commented on how moist it was and I used the leftover stock and juices in the bottom of the pan to make gravy and that was yum too! Thank you so much! 😊
