Awesome build, the finished nightstands look great and nobody would think they're made out of pallets. I think adding a fence at the rear of the open shelf would be nice to prevent things from falling behind the nightstand.
They have a nice presence to them. Pleasing proportions, simple elegance. Stunning, really. and your video included helpful closeup shots from an underneath angle. great job all around.

When you fill the holes from the original nails that were taken out before putting through the planer, mix those shavings with wood glue to fill the holes, much better look for the finish. A beautiful job from recycled pallets. I have a space for those they would look fantastic! Thanks for sharing your woodwork skills, awesome.
I really like the bedside tables that you did they turned out very nice and out of pallet wood who would have ever thought you could have gotten something so pretty out of something that is an everyday use great job thanks for posting it

They really came out great! My only concern is on your glue up of the top you have your grain running perpendicular to each other. You're going to have wood movement across the grain with no where to go. I'm worried the top is going to end up splitting on you!
