@@kd9141 Hey, its sad to know about your dog. What we did, was massaging the legs and make him walk by support. Also, we did garam patti to reduce swelling. My dog, thankfully gave positive symptoms and he is perfectly fine now.
For medications, i can't suggest as it depends from dog to dog, we saved my dog by 5-6 months medication with all the love and care. Today, he is totally fine.
