      The would still look perfect in 2022, unlike most models from the 50s/60s who would look dated or clearly from that era.

    I remember going to the shops on my own when I was 6. With a ration book to get sweets! You couldn’t let kids out in their own like that now!

      Marilyn Lange wasn't the first Playmate to show her bush, you might be thinking of Marilyn Cole who was a Playmate about 2 years earlier. She's still my favorite Playmate ever; incredible body with a sweet Hawaii beach hippie style.

    Don't think those were refugees coming to the US. If so they are the nicest dressed refugees I've ever seen. The guy in the back ground is in a stylish suit and the girls in the foreground are wearing very nice "church" type clothes.

    That cannot be a real photo of adversaries playing football during during WWI. Did you see the white tents in the background? It was all trenches back then.

      The troops shown appear to be all British, this photo is from behind the lines. Further, there were extensive snowfalls Christmas 1914.

      @@michaelmclachlan1650 there is a widely verified instance of opposing troops during the christmas truce leaving their trenches and not only playing soccer but singing carols and eating together- there is a book on the subject, i'm afraid i forget the title but go to wikipedia and look up "the christmas truces"
