@@BJJMadeEasy I mean, the general population is filled with people with lower back pain who are afraid to do things that might “hurt their backs”. I do tons of posterior chain (+ hanging leg raises & mobility) work and have been lifting for 15 years and have never once actually hurt my lower back. That’s true the, the best coaches in the world are usually fat, old, etc. *I actually did hurt my lower back ONCE and it was during a period I was only squatting but not deadlift…. Lol
