I only know you type "start" but your on console, is there a way to type on console? There should be some plugins for consoles which installs a keyboard.

try to go the opposite way or click the first truck and drive around with it. If it still doesn't work, your device may not be high enough to play the game. Chances are you are probably on a phone or ipad.
