Really impressed with this right angle. I do not have a big compressor, and this runs forever compared to a few minutes on my little 30 gallon compressor with an air die grinder. Let the tool do the work, purchase the appropriate discs and it will handle most jobs. I have and use both of these, keepers in my book.

I wonder if it has sort of like a rheostat switch inside that your able to adjust the sensitivity of the pressure on the wheel, you know those little switches soldered into the circuit board that takes a tiny tiny flat head to adjust... Actually im thinking its called a potentiometer switch, the ones ive had to adjust are for cameras lens on embroidery sewing machines. Congratz on breaking your 100 subscribers! I feel like you're gonna be where Catus Maximus is in no time! You guys both put out neat videos that are similar in style but not exactly the same or the same type of content.

      Thanks Yota.
I was doing some headlight polishing on a Subaru (something my Toyotas never need), and the die grinder worked fine, but I had to really watch the pressure. I think what is surprising is that the die grinder just stops when it hits its limits. There is no fight or sound change, or any other indicator that the tool is struggling. Either Milwaukee made it too precise in its sensitivity, or it's the new norm like Telsa. The circuit protects the tool from us to the point we get no feedback from the tool that is near it's limit. And we in turn feel that the tool is not preforming when it is just a different user interface experience. All that said, however, the die grinder does seem to kick off much sooner than we would intuitively expect.

I've been considering getting one of these, so this video is very helpful. I'm having a tough time with the price.
Doc, you had me sold on getting an M12 vacuum cleaner, but then I read so many on-line comments about it not having enough power. Please address that if you have a minute; I guess I'm expecting you to say, "it's great for what it is."
Finally, I agree with Yota Doug about you breaking the 100 subs barrier - congrats. I am quite surprised at the slow pace getting subscribers. I would have thought with all the high subscriptions of all the other tool channels, and with the high quality content and high release rate, that you would have shot up way faster. It will happen, though, I'm sure...

      Hi Foot,
You can stall the m12 die grinder like clockwork. The second you overload it, it shuts down. You literally can operate right under the threshold of stalling. But when close to that line, its easy to cross it occasionally and thus the frustration.
Regarding the m12 vacuum, I'll do a video of it in action. My only complaint about it is the noise. If the filter is cleaned reasonably often, the vacuum works great. No, it's not a Dyson, but for most 12v expectations, the Milwaukee delivers.
I have a friend who contacted a furnace repair company to check out her furnace. She said no air was blowing but the furnace was making noise. Of course the fist think the repair guy checked was the filter. As expected, it was inches-thick in dust completely clogging the system. She literally said, "You have to change the filter?" She bought the house 10 years ago so the single filter was at least that old!
So if you mind the filter on the m12, it works great, and I have no hesitation about recommending it.

Grainier has a special until the end of the month. If I remember correctly it’s $179 for the tool and 4.0 battery. That’s a good deal

@@alcopower5710 That's essentially a free ~$100 battery. A good deal from any angle.

@@lastbesttool .....my workplace has payroll deduction so I placed the order yesterday should have it Monday or Tuesday. Had to jump on the deal before it expired at the end of the month.

I agree completely. I love mine but don’t test its sensitivity.

It's better than an air powered die grinder. It's designed for the same tasks and this isn't nearly as loud and is much safer.

Battery tools are junk. Air tools are 17-1 better.

It's hard to bring air tools to every job unless you have a portable gas air compressor. Plus Pneumatic die grinders are air hogs and require a pretty large compressor.

I can’t haul a 30 gallon compressor onto every boat I climb aboard.
