I always thought we had great hotdogs in the US (I’m a baseball stadium goer) until I tried the way they do hotdogs in Mexico and specially in Guadalajara, that bacon, tomato, onions and sour cream it’s jus fire.
Someday go to Tucson for the birthplace of the original Sonoran Hot Dog. Amazing. Top quality link, bacon, cheese, highest quality home baked bun, then piled with a mountain of goodies
Go to Germany. Its pretty much open seating at most places. Can literally go sit with a family and they don't care. Private event might be different though. =P
Man, you really enjoy eating tacos. I just want to thank you for coming to Mexico and visit different states. You are welcome, mexican food is a wide variety and is an excelent taste. You should go to Oaxaca, Yucatan Monterrey, and so forth.
Tijuana style tacos and street food is the best Mexican food I've ever had. You definitely need to check out Tijuana. Tijuana is the HUB for all street food from all over Mexico. It's the product of all the transplants from within Mexico that settled into Tijuana and gave it their blend and style for food. Also the Caesar salad was invented in TJ. You can also visit Puerto Nuevo which is a couple of minutes South which is a hot spot for everything Lobster and Sea food. Been a follower for years now Volpe, keep them coming. Looking forward to your future videos. -Cheers from San Diego, California.
Nice video, I was actually born there, moved to the USA/NYC a week after I was born. Anyway, The food looks good for sure, crazy how much stuff they put on a hot dog. My friends who've been there tell me it's very similar to NYC in some ways, street food everywhere is said to be among the best. Do they have a hot pizza spot in Guardalajara I wonder?
When I went to Mazatlan Mexico my favorite thing to eat there was the bacon wrapped Hotdogs with pico de Gallo and all the toppings. There was a stand at the door of the Hotel and I ate at least one a day. Sooo good. In AZ they call it a Sonoran dog.
@wed3k Yea they won't let any resources go to waste. Sausage falls on floor, pick it up bear hands, wipe it on the apron, throw it back on the skillet. 😂

The hot dogs are good but I don't trust the meat in the sausages. The best hot dogs are/used to be ones on curcunvalacion y la calzada independencia about two blocks from super la playa. For like $100 per hot dog you'll get like a little mini buffet that had/has potatoes, salad and a bunch of other stuff
Volpe, I totally envy you, bro, just by watching you my mouth is totally, watery, bro, I don’t know how you could eat so much spice, hot sauce, chile picante if I eat the amount of hot sauce that you eat, bro, the next day I get cramps, and when it’s coming out of the other side, it’s Steven hot almost like a torch, bro, but I used to be able to eat Spivey foods when I was younger, I’m 60 years old now, I cannot eat that much nowadays. But I totally envy you how you could eat all that bro watching you over here for the northern California barrier, I heard you were down here by some friends

hey! my local spot! could've bumped into you, aussie living out here for 4 years now. Best street food no doubt, also extremely easy on the wallet.
You’ll have to go to Sonora, MX and try their hot dogs. They’re famous for them. Bacon wrapped, tons of toppings……
For the price of 1-2 hotdogs in NY I can feed my whole family multiple hot dogs in Mexico.
Obviously
word...
And they taste way better in Mexico too
And they’re better quality I bet
Yep but for the locals it’s more expensive based on cost of living
Good to see complete strangers sitting next to each other enjoying a meal with out thinking its wierd like people here do
There social pressure to be a bit more “normal” there. In the US, you’re more likely to sit next to a weirdo.

It's incredible how Mexicans are fascinated by peppers, even in hot dogs, here in Brazil we don't have the custom of putting pepper in everything hehe
Brazilian/Argentine Gaucho steakhouse 🔥 ❤ muito bom.
Peppers are indigenous to the region.
It takes it to another level😂😂
It's addicting and gives the food more flavor.
But the Brazilian girls are spicy!

Didn’t really impress me that he stacked them up his arm 🤷♂️ or that half of it wasn’t even in the roll.
🌭Mexicans just have another level to the food. Hotdogs might be from the U.S. but the Mexican version is way better! 😋🔥🇲🇽👌
