Ummm.... You can use steel utensils in microwave oven, but before that you need to change its mode to convection. It's pretty safe.

Yeast needs heat- about room tempreature heat Milk for it to activate and just a little bit of sugar so it can eat something, then you leave it on warm place for about 10 minutes or more
Also dont kneed it to much- its gonna pop the air bubles that formed in the dough and its not gonna be as fluffy

this is no where near to dominos ,
we use factory processed dough and slab it(flattening)
put some cheese, corn , jalepeno, folf it into half, close the edge ,
put some vegetable fat on top of it, and placeit in the oven, 475 farenheit / 6mins or 515 farenheit / 5mins.
after it baked add some vegetable fat and garlic powder on top of it and pack, bam thats it, poor shreyaaaaa 🤣🤣😂🤣😂🤣,

Like every other job, there is a lot of pressure, Any pressure should not lead to any damage for a person, In dominos, there are chances for both physical and mental damage. We have to prepare,cook,deliver within minutes. People who prepare,cook have less at odds of dealing physical damage. But when it comes to deliver, the pressure is more for them, they have to deal with customer emotions, Manager swears, and people prepare,cook. Yeah, when you have lazy ass co workers you will hear some swears for both of you even if it their fault. I had to deal with that most of the time. I worked in every department. And I can speak on behalf of everyone. The most risky/tough role is delivery, Once I met with an accident luckily nothing happened to anyone, A dog suddenly appeared when I was going to delivery, I had scratches on my left elbow and left knee, Funny fact is I dont know what to do then and I gone for delivery and successfully did it 😂, After I came back no one recognized cuz it is weekend and everyone is busy, I slowly walked to my asst manager and I said Can I Come to evng shift 2morw, She asked why? Cuz I met with an accident I dont think I can come on morning shift, She shouted on me, "Are you crazy? How could you not tell me this happened?" She took me to her cabin and did the first aid (Actually I did the delivery even after my shift is completed, She never asks me to do that, But that was weekend so i understood and did it, I kinda felt that she felt guilty). While the other assistant manager He still wanted me to come back on the next day 😂. I took off the next day and When I went the next day, he asked me to deliver, I was like what??, Although I couldnt speak cuz It is my internship/firstjob, I shut up and did what he said. Again Even after My shift is completed He asked me to do one more, I said I wont, He said This is fnb industry you wont have timings here only coming time and there is no exit time, I was arey babu, I met with an accident for god sake, take that into consideration not the timings, But you know Obviously I was silent and I checked out. This is how delivery job is, If you know some is coming late please understand him and accept his apology. That is how delivery role works, And Prepare and cook is tough but not as tough as delivery, They have the pressure to do it in secs, If it is normal hour, no problem for them only peak hours they face the problem. And people who work at order counter {GSR(Guest service representative)}, they complain about how hard thier job his, I always reply, yeah man, very tough. In my mind are you kidding me? You fuckin smile and greet the customer and take order and manage money. Yeah I can tell you, You can go and shout at them, cuz they are there for that, To listen customer swears and apologize for no reason, because you are representing an MNC. As conclusion, It is a tough job but I loved it, Seriously I loved it and I am proud of it, Tough the work culture is different to an IT culture, But I wish it is more better than what it is now, Because the opportunity is open for anybody so anyone can come and join, Im from hospitality so I expected more of a decent atmosphere, But Can't complain it is my first job after all. Yeah that is not at all cool buddy. But I loved it.

Add two spoons mayo
Add one spoon ketchup
Add one spoon Dr oeatker salsa
Add two - three spoons of dr oeatker cheaease dip and mix up real good
Trust me it's AMAZING
Which spoon depends on quantity
Tsp for when you wanna try
Tblsp for when you wanna have it with 🍟
Servsp for when you wanna make sandwiches
