"Don't want to be too restrictive cause then they'll go the opposite way" and "everything in moderation" that right there is then mentality of a great mother. That is essentially what my mom did with us growing up, everything in moderation, we grew up healthy and we've never had any health issues of any sort. Hardcore dieting and counting everything that goes into it takes the fun out of life and I'm a firm believer that happiness is essential to long living.

People need to understand that with juices and smoothies once you juice a fruit or veggie the majority of the nutrients are gone. Specifically fiber and antioxidants. Which can lead to a spike in your blood sugar. You’re better off eating them raw. Especially as a salad. I’m sure it’s better than having a bagel if you’re trying to eat clean but don’t go crazy and juice all the time. I make my smoothie as a breakfast knowing this so I keep it simple and more for taste. Banana, almond milk, peanut butter and cacao powder.

Karolina Kurkova) which I loved (cause they'd actually provide recipes) and then they started doing minis (I think Ian Somerholder was one of the first ones) and I was not a fan until the pandemic happened and the editing in the minis got better/funnier. Now here we are with this strange hybrid -- it's not bad but the editing was most of the fun for the minis. Either do the OG format where celebs actually cook things or go around the city or go back to the pandemic style minis.

I'm curious what exercise and diet you have to be on to look like her in general. Eating more less healthy is obvious, but I want to start exercise and don't know anything about it. My goal is only to be a little more bit lean, a few kilos less and to be in good shape and have a firm body. No extremes, vivid muscles or anything like that. Maybe a professional series on HsB next? Who thinks it's a good idea? Experts on the topic, not random internet knowledge.
