@@saperis No, thank you😃... I reached a challenge though. I currently have google workspace for my nonprofit organization, but I can’t record in google meet. I like the platform but the inability to record for nonprofit accounts hurts.. What are your thoughts?
Thanks for this video. I am new to google meet. I am looking for an option wherein I don't want my participants to know about other participants. Participants can see only Host or Co-host. Please guide.
Is there more than one Logitech Brio? I thought there was only one. Anyway, if I search for 'Logitech Brio' this is what appears: www.logitech.com/en-us/products/webcams/brio-4k-hdr-webcam.960-001105.html It looks just like the one I'm using. Although, I did buy my webcam about 1.5 years ago. Don't know if the one you buy nowadays is technically still the same to mine.
I would love to learn about Google Meet breakout rooms. How to create them, how to manage them and how to navigate within them (how to leave a breakout room and go back to the main room, etc). Will this be included in Part 2?
I have a couple of questions and they ARE important for my clients. 1.) Privacy!! Both myself as well as other people I want to interact with specifically must maintain their privacy. they and I simply CANNOT allow for Social Media to make us available to the public. For me I do music for TV & Film, and they want EXCLUSIVITYY. Since I am creating audio for their programs they cannot allow for the public to see what they actually own the Publishing Rights to. Same applies for my circle of collaborators...especially if we are collaborating on a project for a specific client. So how to I "Guarantee" that our meetings will remain private? 2. Can "Captions" be specifically used by the guests? I have a collaborator who speaks French so often times he just cannot understand what I'm saying in English. Also have a collaborator who speaks Portuguese. So can the guests make "Captions" appear in their language without affecting the entire Meeting for everyone else?
1. Make sure to use the paid version of Google Workspace and NOT a free Google account. Also set the host setting so that you have to accept every person joining the meeting. 2. The captions are currently for everyone and there isn't any live translating yet. So if you set the captions to "French" you actually have to be speaking in French and they will show for everyone.

Thank you for a very helpful introduction video.
Glad it was helpful! Hope you can use the insights for your own Google Meet calls.
The audio/video settings are "evaluating to TRUE"... Could it be that you're a bit of a geek? So cool, totally loved it ;-)
Oh, yeah! I'm definitely a geek Etienne! 😀

Interesting idea. We do have different skill levels we cover in our videos.
@@saperis oh I didn't know there's more than one person working on these! Looking forward to it

@@lifewithkt1886 Well, Google decides on which price plans get access to which features of Google Workspace. I think that's perfectly fine.
Hi. Thanks for the video. Can we store class recording automatically outside of google drive?
No, all the Google Meet recordings are stored on Google Drive. You would have to manually download them to store the recordings somewhere else.
👍👍
Thank you so much you

Such a feature currently doesn't exist for Google Meet. The participants list is visible to everyone.
Hi, what logitech brio are you using for your webcam?

Yes, in part 2 I demo how to use breakout rooms. Have a look: ua-cam.com/video/heTU3oFeOtc/v-deo.html
@@saperis Perfect, thank you so much!!
how can you record just audio to replay?
Google Meet currently offers no way of separating audio from video when recording.

No, I work for my own company saperis.
