@@gus051 I guess it really depends on how you look at it. Never seen Fairplay's MMA skill so I'm not really sure what he's capable of. But if he actually has the stamina, strength, and wrestling skill. He should realistically do exceptionally well as his striking would be a notch above a vast majority of MMA fighters. As far as his actual skill with boxing is concerned he's definitely above average in at least the Amateur level. Though in all of the fights I've seen I can't say I saw too many notable improvements on a professional level. Fairplay improved his stamina and learned to take hits better. But his technical skill or strategy has always been more or less the same. Maybe he didn't feel like he had the resources that he needed to grow as a fighter in Boxing. If the MMA stuff does not pan out too well for and comes back to boxing. Then I think he just needs to start fighting better opponents overall while perfecting and or creating a style that suits him best.
His base is mma, his done bjj for a while. He’s do better at that over boxing for sure
I’ve seen all the FairPlay fights and dude is a class act. He has that Mohammad Ali style that just floats and it works for him. He’ll be missed!
His movement is good but his punches are wild.

Yeah if he had the cardio to back it up he would be unstoppable. He should focus on efficiency if he keeps fighting. He is a naturally slippery awkward fighter who is fun to watch for sure.

Yeah, most of these fighters are weak on head movement and they go straight back a lot instead of sideways.
Yea he wasn't making angles nearly at all, or stepping back in an angle, and kept his head in the centre line when stepping forward.
Fairplay definitely won imo. I didnt like all the clinching. Thanks ref for trying to stop it!

It might been a split decision but I think the resolution was correct, Fair Play's waist work was phenomenal. He might have been tired but he never stopped moving his hips and that caused his opponent to miss a lot of punches.
Easily went to the bald guy he kept countering fairplays wide punches the entire fight clipping him with the left hook every time he went wide. Bald dude was also blocking almost everything easily should’ve gone bald dude that’s why FairPlay shook his head no even he knew

Yeah I agree but check out the shoes, viking was wearing shoes that gave him a more height advantage. Look at what the classy man fairplay is wearing on his feet, fucking classic funeral type FLAT shoes. Viking had a higher height advantage because of that 😊

What fight did you guys watch? Fairplay dominated him early and even dropped him. The first few rounds it was nonstop body shots and toward the end I will say the rounds were very close. Draw or Fairplay but even for a draw bald guy would have needed to have clearly dominated in a round I feel. He was getting jabbed up still late. Great fight forsure though, I just never saw a point where bald guy pulled away like that.
It’s just such a beautiful scene to watch FairPlay’s head movement not only that but how he fights and how he keeps it true with everyone !

Good to see these guys show heart and put themselves out there. It reminds me of college football, a lot of offense and very little defense. Boxing is a rule set for sure, this goes to demonstrate there are levels to the sport. Appreciate everyone involved for the hard work.

FairPlay is a terrific untrained boxer. He has the ability to be much better with some training. Nice natural jab. But loses discipline after first punch and swings too wild and loses his power in doing so. I’d love to work with him but I’m sure he doesn’t want advice from an old guy. Lol that said, anyone stepping into that ring has heart and my complete respect! Good scrap and total class from both guys.

Fairplay won this fight with an easy decision. Each round at that and took no significant damage. That is even shown at the end of the fight with his opponent having a mouse forming under his eye.
Fairplay always appears awkward and comes in at weird angles but he's a good fighter and fun to watch! Best of luck champ 🏆
