When I was four I lived opposite the Cricketers pub, then both the “ slum” terraced houses & eventually St Leonard’s church ( where my parents were married) all demolished. Nearby the Frears Nabisco factory now partially replaced by a car show room ,Aldi & car park

My uncle ran the Robin Hood in woodgate in the 70s
All 4 pubs were within 200/300 yards of each other.
