    What these young ladies don't know is that these Air B&B are in the ghettos of Nashville and that makes them vulnerable. So sad.

    One of the reason is because the city making people send out letters to all surround neighbors and tell them they are doing airbnb imo. It’s really getting people attention

    Short term rentals are perfect targets for criminals. Nashville is not a safe city, and tourist are not aware, until they visit Nashville. Eventually, word of mouth will spread of the high crime, and high homeless population in Nashville. And Tourism in Nashville will decrease.

      Nashville didn’t used to be this bad tbh before the flood happened the crime rate wasn’t that high and Nashville is not the only city with high crime rates crime happens everywhere no matter where you live

    Been in Nashville since 1992. Population...175,000.
    "THEY" started coming in 2013.
    Nashville will NEVER be the same again.
    I miss the days when Nashville was Invisible.

      Same every since they started building the cart boat houses up rent has went up tremendously also it’s sad tbh
