Then I bought a laptop for my daughter a few years ago. I wanted one but the guy was trying to sell me another brand. I said no and he disappeared for 45 minutes. He came back and didn’t even apologize. Then they always push expensive warranties. It’s an unpleasant experience all around. Don’t even get me started on when I got a new car CD player. Dude acted like I was stealing money from him because I wanted to install it myself. Absolute joke.

She probably just read on some website that said "crystals were the foundation of all technology", because it was and still is, and then since then she thought that all that technology is just crystals and wires, which is silly.
