Fall decor for me is just changing out lighter colored linens and such for the warmer colors. Honestly I just can’t stay interested in channels where the creator is constantly buying cookie cutter decor . Your house always looks beautiful and thoughtfully put together. I don’t see kitschy trendy in your house. Your home is beautiful and reflects comfort and quality . It doesn’t look like everyone else’s house.

I was sick from Christmas Eve until just 2 days ago, also. I believe the good Lord has a way of telling us, enough is enough, go rest! I really enjoy your channel. You clean and garden much the same way that I do. I am 71 years old and just do not have the same energy I use to because of chronic illnesses but you inspire me to always keep doing new and different things in our 1937 home!

My favorite is 4th of July and Christmas but mostly I like doing tired trays. I haven’t even put a tree up in at least 6 years. I would enjoy watching you cook up some Mexican food. What two items will I donate to make this new item worth it? Can I remake this with something I already have? That has helped me considerably. I donated so much stuff and I’ve not missed anything I have donated. So glad Ernie will be home for a little bit, enjoy yourselves and both of you relax.

I have been missing your videos and I’m excited to see your 2024 videos and content. ❤ I had the stomach bug for new year eve/new year day as well and now I’m getting a cold. 😢 We all need some motivation to clean our house or to get something cleaned/done so lighting a candle is great motivation. My Christmas decor is a lot of trees and winters nature. I take down the red items and Christmas trees but leave my greenery and add white items for winter because I live Florida and we don’t have winter really. I keep it up until mid to the end of January so I can enjoy it for little longer. Then I go to spring which I keep up until mid may adding things for valentines day and Easter. Mid May I do patriotic until after the 4th of July. I keep a lot of normal decor up until Christmas just adding small touches for the holidays until fall.

Hi Anna! Great video - very motivational! I don't know if I ever told you but I live in Portugal and here no one takes down Christmas decor until the day of Kings so only this weekend does Christmas come down. Normally I take down everything that is Christmas but I leave my evergreens and garlands simple with just lights. It's so dark and rainy here in January but the green and the lights brings some warmth. I don't buy anything new a decorate even - just leave the greens and some lights. Anyway, I think everyone should just do as they please and it is important to not give into pressure and spend money unnecessarily.

Happy New Year Anna! So good to see you back. Good to hear you are on the mend. Don't over due it now. I had lapryoscopic surgery for a meniscus tear in my knee on 12/19. Doing so much better now, but my tree and some of the other decorations are still up. Christmas chaos here as well. Hoping to get everything down and put away tomorrow. I want to give the house a thorough going over and chance to breathe. I too won't be decorating until maybe spring. God bless.

I don't like to make negative comments on the creators channel I will just unsubscribe however I enjoy your content but I wanted to say I do not feel it is silly to decorate for winter in my opinion I just remove the reds and keep my snowflakes and winter decorations up just rearrange them with touches if blue therefore I get Christmas and winter use out of them silly is a hard word. This year is a new spend for decor in my home.

Hi Anna, Happy New Year. I have to tell you, for years I have tried to figure out what to do with my coffee filters. I wanted something pretty to put them in by the coffee pot. When I saw yours in the little glass dome, I said, that’s it! I was so worried I wouldn’t find one, but I did. In fact, I also found a white glass canister with a honeycomb design on it for the coffee. I also have the honeycomb soap dispenser you have. I like honeybee decor. I found both at Dollar General. I’m finally happy with my coffee center in my Kitchen. Thank you.

Super Krewes, on UA-cam... there are content creators in New Orleans who film the parades..I usually watch the local news who have reports from the parade routes.

Hello again. Thank you for the Get Better !! I also have a question. I've probably missed one of your videos.... We have LVP flooring (Luxury Vinyl Planking) . I see you are vacuuming your floor in this video. How do you and what do you use to clean your floors? We have a Bissel Crosswave and I use water/vinegar combo cleaner. I don't feel the Crosswave does a very good job and am not sure what type of a cleaner to use that won't just buildup over time. Thank you for all information you share. A deep cleaning is in line for us too. ♥
Hello and thank you! I have a spin mop I use pinesol and water with. I also Have a mop vac I use just water with. Both work great and I haven't had any build up! Hope that helps.

Happy New Year Anna! So good to see you back. Good to hear you are on the mend. Don't over due it now. I had lapryoscopic surgery for a meniscus tear in my knee on 12/19. Doing so much better now, but my tree and some of the other decorations are still up. Christmas chaos here as well. Hoping to get everything down and put away tomorrow. I want to give the house a thorough going over and chance to breathe. I too won't be decorating until maybe spring. God bless.

Happy to see you back. I don't like to make negative comments on the creators channel I will just unsubscribe however I enjoy your content but I wanted to say I do not feel it is silly to decorate for winter in my opinion I just remove the reds and keep my snowflakes and winter decorations up just rearrange them with touches if blue therefore I get Christmas and winter use out of them silly is a hard word. This year is a new spend for decor in my home.
The buying extra is what's silly in my opinion. Not the decorating. I don't choose to. Buy I do enjoy watching those videos.☺️

I have to tell you, for years I have tried to figure out what to do with my coffee filters. I wanted something pretty to put them in by the coffee pot. When I saw yours in the little glass dome, I said, that’s it! I was so worried I wouldn’t find one, but I did. In fact, I also found a white glass canister with a honeycomb design on it for the coffee. I also have the honeycomb soap dispenser you have. I like honeybee decor. I found both at Dollar General. I’m finally happy with my coffee center in my
Kitchen.

@@homeandgardenwithanna. ..the New Orleans crowds are huge, especially for the Super Krewes..but where I live , south west of New Orleans, is more family friendly with smaller crowds...the suburbs of New Orleans are also family friendly with smaller crowds..you can watch some of the bigger parades , what we call the. Super Krewes, on UA-cam... there are content creators in New Orleans who film the parades..I usually watch the local news who have reports from the parade routes.

Hello again. Thank you for the Get Better !! I also have a question. I've probably missed one of your videos.... We have LVP flooring (Luxury Vinyl Planking) . I see you are vacuuming your floor in this video. How do you and what do you use to clean your floors? We have a Bissel Crosswave and I use water/vinegar combo cleaner. I don't feel the Crosswave does a very good job and am not sure what type of a cleaner to use that won't just buildup over time. Thank you for all information you share. A deep cleaning is in line for us too. ♥

I have a spin mop I use pinesol and water with. I also Have a mop vac I use just water with. Both work great and I haven't had any build up! Hope that helps.
