Bhai aaj tak fuel pump ki problem ka Royal enfield walo ne koi solution nhi diya .. Customer apne hisaab se bechara karwa raha hai kyuki EFI 500cc me bht zyada problem hai fuel pump break hone ki... Agar bike ki running zyada hai to mushkil se 4-5 month me fuel pump break ho jata h or poora change karana pdta hai....

If you are using Indimotard kit, i can try helping. Tried to simplify the process as much as possible in the video. I have used CL350s throttle cable. Changing it to TB350s because of my wide handlebars😊
Brother my classic 350 bs6 throttle body got damaged and i am planning to go fpr bs3 carb. Along with wiring harness coils tps and everything needed is it a good option.
The bike works well but am having idling issues. Once the engine is hot, it works like a charm but on idling, the bike turns off. But performance is lovely and great for cities and highways. Do wait for the long term review of the same
I read your comments you are saying your facing problems with idling did you recalibrate your tps sensor? And does this kit have the same problem of starting before 5 sec or the red light comes? If yes i can solve your problem. If you have the fault light on then it could also be a problem of running on limp mode .i have converted my cgt 535 myself without these stupid kits since 2015 without any fault codes

@@bahadurprasad558 if your efi is working, no need to change. My bike worked perfectly in the beginning but from the last one month, when the bike is cold, there is idling issues. But once it heats up, it works perfectly. Not a big deal and something you can love with. I'm happy with my decision

I do on rides every weekend with my C500 and it pulls like a 🏇. Had crossed 135kph last week. The bike feels good. And it feels better in the city, once it heats up
Idling. Facing a pretty serious issue with idling as I continously have to keep pumping the throttle to prevent the bike from dying. But once the bike heats up, it becomes fine. Maybe it's just the case with me because this issue started after 3 months of use. It was perfect till then. If you have bumper to bumper traffic situation, it might be a pain, else I usually go on on the highways so not a big concern for me.
@@thehighwaychannel2746 adjust the tps to .6 or .5 volts ad a resistor in place of the injector no limp mode no fault codes no problems If the then also it not working check your carb but i think its your tps voltage plus the obvious limp mode you're running your bike on

Still only advise you to go with this if your EFI is faulty.

Try getting your carburettor cleaned and serviced. Should solve the missing issue.

Using it for over 3 months now, and I can recommend this. Missing can be due to other issues. Recommend this if your EFI system fails
