@@siyabongasithole2772 The rationale is a matter of constitutionalism. Anc's constitution sets out time lines within which suspension and disciplinary proceedings through a formal charge sheet, should be initiated. Both stages were initiated consistently within the timelines set out in section 25 of the ANC's constitution. A postponement could be sought by any party to the dispute. A DC charge sheet had to be issued within those time lines, otherwise charging zuma outside the prescribed time frames (that is after the elections) would have rendered the process a constitutional nullity. Please refrain from typing from a mirror, u can only see a fool hence your input.

The ANC together with the Apartheid government planned many things between This Era 1990 - 1994 so that was men made, the knew the outcome and had the remedy.
