They are right when possible never clean from the muzzle you can damage it and effect accuracy, always use a crown protector that's in the kit. Have never had an issue with Kleenbore,
Use the short section of rod. It's an adapter. The handle and long rods have a long threaded cection while the patch holder and most aftermarket jags and brushes have a short threaded section.
i like the smell of kleen bore gun oil , if they make eau de cologne , i will buy it too 😂
Kleenbore will rip you off. They advertise the cloth, but don't include it in their kits. (As of 4/10/14)
Been using Kleenbore cleaning kits for 25 years, always came with the cloth. Need to buy a new one and will see if they stopped including it?
