Hi Rob, to view call recordings from the mobile app, click on the three (3) horizontal lines at the top (next to the 3CX logo). Touch 'Recordings.' Tap the recording you'd like to listen to and it will ring back to you on your phone. Answer the call to listen to the recording. You can also access call recordings from your 3CX Web Client-- this is probably the easiest way to access, download and listen to the call recordings.
