Also, I'm glad that the young child wasn't in the courtroom during the court proceedings whereas I've seen children present in the courtroom in other court cases. The young man seems well mannered and respectful. Hopefully, he'll be able to develop and maintain lasting relationships with his deceased father's side of the family. ⚖️

This case ended better than expected but how the defendant's brother met the plaintiff was suspect to me because why would any man try to push up on a woman who was currently on the phone in a hostile situation with her ex-husband. To me that reeks of desperation on both their parts.
It's called a pickup line. The question is why would a woman in the middle of a divorce enter into a friends with benefits situation? Lastly why would her family choose adoption vs giving the child to his father? His family had no issues with him being biracial unlike hers.
I definitely believe him when he said her family didn't want the baby because he was biracial. Imagine if it was a girl, would she have given her up for adoption.
