If a skilled gojo,sukuna,gambler player have fought a raga then that raga will not have had adapted to the one shot combos/one shot ult combos of that skilled player
Hakari is the best counter for Mahoraga since he has a counter in his R and his moves get less knockback, allowing you to make longer combos. (Hakari supremacy)
I think the Mahoraga skill would have abilities when you hit him enough times so that he would adapt
