love your videos dude. also its really nice to see you have a great relationship with your dad doing this awesome hobby together, used to love doing this all with my dad too. used to take out the petrol 1/5th and nitros all the time was so much fun. so happy my dad got me into this hobby many years ago, sadly he passed away in April would do anything to just have one more bash with the cars and trucks again with him. you don't realize how much those times meant to you until there gone. but i will always live on with this hobby
My son loves going out and running all of our trucks. We have Nitro (3 Tmaxx & a Savage X 4.6) and have started building our electric arsenal as well…lol Thanks for sharing
Hey Broski been watching your content for awhile great stuff. Wanted to know your opinion on what's a good spur gear for older pro .15 Tmax?? Has a o.s .18 cvr engine in it. Wanna know if I can use a 54T spur gear??? Thanx
I love this Traxxas T-Maxx so much that I literally kept buying and then I moved up to the revo and I love it so much more you need you need a Revo in the channel
I’m having the exact same problem! It won’t shift.. it was shifting great a week earlier the next time I took it out it just won’t shift, leaned rich, tightened loosened idk! Let me know if you find what it is
Lol my mom used to get mad at me but she has accepted it. 🤣🤣 I will look into model flight. But me and my dad usually get 4 quarts to make 1 gallon. Thanks for the support!!
Tires didnt break it...Traxxas junk transmission with plastic gears is what broke it... with Team Associates still carried the MGT 8.0.. bought mine 15 years ago...have over 15 gallons of fuel through it...never have t tune it even from extremely hot to cold...a beast to say the least..all gears inside and out are steel gears..never have had any issues with it...put a buku clutch in it 15 years ago as well...15 gallons later its about half worn out now...Truck doesnt owe me anything...best nitro vehicle ive owned in 58 years hands down..

I like my nitro revo 2.5r over the tmaxx 3.3 the tmaxx just set here I had it out 2 times and that it
Its not good to have different sized tires on a 4x4 system
They are the same tire. Just different wheels. 👍
Bro! Dang! I hope you get your tmaxx fixed up again.
Maybe it will in the next video??
What tires are the race tires?? They look like ProLine Bow Ties!

You should be using the 74 tooth sour if its the older style transmission.
@@GoFastRC oh ok. So using a 54 T is no go then for older tmaxx
Are those proline Bow ties? They sorta look like them!

Lol I do have one
My Revo I took the 3-3 out for the big block conversion kit in it Dynamite 28 big red in it and it is just a monster
8:41 I understand… one time the nitro rustler was across a field and the engine exploded after it went upside down.
Awesome! Run em Rich&loud!
I have 2 tmaxx 3.3 , one with forward only conversion and one with 2spd and reverse with street tires handles great it drifts on asphalt real nice
Nice man!! Tmaxxs are always fun!!
You can't beat the nice sound of nitro. But I prefer electric. I'll race you with my 6s Emax 😊
For sure!!!! Sounds like fun!!
I’m having the exact same problem! It won’t shift.. it was shifting great a week earlier the next time I took it out it just won’t shift, leaned rich, tightened loosened idk! Let me know if you find what it is
I have a video coming up on Sunday we’re I fixed it. 😂
Can you do a video on how to attach the fuel line on the lid as a grip to open tank when refueling
For sure!!
If I put my nitro car on my bed my mom would kill me lol
If you go to model flight you can by a 5 liter bottle of nitro which would last a mounth
Lol my mom used to get mad at me but she has accepted it. 🤣🤣 I will look into model flight. But me and my dad usually get 4 quarts to make 1 gallon. Thanks for the support!!
