I totally totally 100% agree with you. I wish every movie would do like you say and instead of showing us that cool dance with some nice music he would just reply to them: "I danced through it" as me and you now are making film history by bringing logic into every tiny aspect of movies, we can now instead of making movies, just make movie titles and read the plot. easy
Even though Oceans 12 isn't my favorite movie out of the other Oceans movies, I like this scene from the movie mainly because of the music. The "dance" or "Capoeria" as you guys would call it is also good, but I just enjoyed the music mainly.
All you need to do is type in "Oceans Tw" and "Oceans Twelve laser dance" shows up as the first alternative.. Seems like everyone is in love with just this part from all of the 3 films
Some of these moves are shared with capoeira, but some of them are just old school acrobatics and tumbling moves. Either way a very cool addition to the film.
awesome dat was sick, in the middle of the film the team said it was impossible to get past the laser grid so when Toulour got the egg before them it was kinda predictable he went for the hard option of using capoeira to get past it.
okay.. we know that they got the egg, but with the help of Lemark, and with 12 people, in the other hand, Tulour got the egg inside the museum, doing that Capoeira dance and doing everything himself!!
Everytime I see this scene I always think of how great of a commercial it would have made for a shoe brand like nike or adidas or something. Just imagine a nike sign popping up as he starts running up the stairs lol
Guys,He's doing dancing capoeria Why do you think i'ts called a Laser Dance?,Now you guys are starting to complain about him going on the sides... It's a laser dance... Get over it..
Laser walls are often easily defeated with mirrors, wheras randomly moving ones are not. And normal alarms? It's the Night Fox. I think he's trumped those before.
Every time I see this movie, I think I'm just waiting for this scene...
I love the little kick he does at the end of the scene.
this is probably my favorite scene of all time
The most epic scene of all Ocean movies. Truly spectacular! 10/10
Charles Trippy brought me here
when i get old and when my grandchildren ask me which movie was the best of my time....no doubt, great work guys respect
He still had to get out of there. Did he dance his way out the same way he danced himself in?
He might have.
Play this in rewind that's how he got out.
I love his little steps on the stairs.!
Vincent Cassel I Love You!
*Especially in Black Swan!*
He could have just walked from behind the statues
OMG!! Just imagine :DD He had to do it once again (backwards) to get out :DDD This scene made me fall in love with Vincent Cassel...
Personally i would Bhop past the lasers.
too much for laserblock
phenomenal.............this is true art..the music synchronizing with the lasers and him dancing in sync with the music........genius.....
easily my favourite scene in this movie
Vincent Cassel, you are awesome.
Best song in the film......and what an AMAZING song.
Sounds like a Spider making a web. Amazing scene. I wish the TV show Leverage had this song when Parker did a laser dance.
one of the best movie scenes !!! xD plus the song is awesome
the best movie scene... this music is fantastic. I love it ;)

Literally watching this movie in film class; up to this point I heard this song and I was mind blown because Phoon used this song.
Just watched this last night; probably my favorite part of Oceans Twelve ;)
I dont mind watching this movie again and again because of this scene x))
omg spent ages lookin for that song after i heard it! i love that actor btw !!!
Will never get tired of watching this!
The music in this scene is just fantastic
I must say that the added "heel kick" at the end must have lended quite a bit of charater value!
Love the little bell-hop at the end.
All I have to say is: fucking amazing scene, one of my favorites from all the Oceans movies.
This is the best music I've ever heard.
The definition of "like a boss." Love how he clicks his heels at 1:49.
This song is not only catchy but you can't get enough of this, on top of that makes me want to dance. Who's with me?
Probably the best scene in the movie. I was wondering how I could find it. All I did was type "Ocean's 12" and it was the first video. Nice!
Thank you so much... I've been looking for the tittle of this song since the movie!!!
This has to be my favorite scene in the whole movie.
This was such a COOL scene and the music fit perfectly!
The heel click he does is the perfect end to this scene.... Im starting practice
Lol 1:15 laser hits his back and disappears! Great song love it and this scene!
watched this on AMC a few days ago, still my favorite part!
I am from Egypt. This music is Egyptian and I heared it before this movie many times :). But I like it.
awesome music in an OWNAGE video!!!! simply speechless!!!!!
Even though Oceans 12 isn't my favorite movie out of the other Oceans movies, I like this scene from the movie mainly because of the music. The "dance" or "Capoeria" as you guys would call it is also good, but I just enjoyed the music mainly.
Love this scene and the song ! awesome!
One of my favorite scenes in movie history
My favourite part of the film and Vincent Cassel is the man!
Excellent Music I love it everytime!!!
damn i like the beat on this song, it never get's old!
All you need to do is type in "Oceans Tw" and "Oceans Twelve laser dance" shows up as the first alternative.. Seems like everyone is in love with just this part from all of the 3 films
"How did you get pass the lazer field?" "Well let me tell you" *plugs in ipod and plays epic music"
many many stars for this movie...but it's the best scene of the movie!!!
Vincent Cassel wouahhh!!!
Gene Kelly kick at the end...luv it
the song is Thé à la Menthe, by the French hip hop band La caution.
Some of these moves are shared with capoeira, but some of them are just old school acrobatics and tumbling moves. Either way a very cool addition to the film.
just epic ! one of the best scenes in movie history along with Brad Pitt's "Generated his brain" :D
this is the best shot of the movie
watching this when I'm high!damn!all the emotion.
Vincent is masterful!
he's awesome Love the music
@adylexus333
u r right it's great, i cant get enough of this music, unfortunately not so many people understand and appreciate this rich tune;
awesome dat was sick, in the middle of the film the team said it was impossible to get past the laser grid so when Toulour got the egg before them it was kinda predictable he went for the hard option of using capoeira to get past it.
Vincent is so talented!
Probably my favorite scene in the entire trilogy!!!!!!!! And one of the best in cinema history!!!!
okay.. we know that they got the egg, but with the help of Lemark, and with 12 people, in the other hand, Tulour got the egg inside the museum, doing that Capoeira dance and doing everything himself!!
Thé à la Menthe - La Caution
This scene is so sick
One of my favourite scenes
why is that great songs like this one are never discovered by chanels like MTV, but always discovered by movies
Everyone knows Vincent Cassell has the moves, but in case they don't, it always pays to watch this little clip in Ocean's Twelve. :D
I can't help but notice that the lasers are clearly being broken by statues without setting off alarms.
By that logic, the lasers are being broken by the floor too.
when the lazer hits a hot object like a living thing it will cause an alarm
like a black cat, elegance and fire, kapoeira and mint tea, after this scene, I always need a whole week to reconvalescent!! oh mon dieu!!
body movements & music well synced.
i like how at 42 seconds he decides "i think i am going to go back to the start"
I fucking love this scene.
Beautifully done!!
love that scene and music :D
masterpiece............its like one of those paintings that da vinci painted on the ceilings of the churches......touched by the hand of god.......
this is wayyy better than that 1 scene in jay and silent bob strikes back where the girls jumped through the security lasers
Excellent performance! :-)
"Ajá laser fields . . . well . . . "
Brilliant
This is why we don't rely on laser fields, dancers WILL get past them.
Everytime I see this scene I always think of how great of a commercial it would have made for a shoe brand like nike or adidas or something. Just imagine a nike sign popping up as he starts running up the stairs lol
I LOVE THIS MELODY!!!
Song : thé à la menthe (the lazer dance version)
Band : La Caution
Regards from Argentina.
best laser dance ever.
it was on tv some weeks ago and i still cant get that song outa my head... its fantastic!!
Guys,He's doing dancing capoeria Why do you think i'ts called a Laser Dance?,Now you guys are starting to complain about him going on the sides... It's a laser dance... Get over it..

Legend has it no stunt man was involved
just for that dance, the frenchman beats Ocean's crew.
well, ocean's 12.
the ocean 11 heist was masterful.
I LOVE THIS PART!
Capoeira Angola! Nice mr.Vincent!
the music is awesome too ^^
amazing!
a super secured hall with no surveillance cameras! XD
this is what its like for me when my hw is on the other side of the room, i stall for as long as i can lol
in fact it's called capoeira, which is an Afro-Brazilian art form that combines elements of martial arts, music, and dance.
Laser walls are often easily defeated with mirrors, wheras randomly moving ones are not. And normal alarms? It's the Night Fox. I think he's trumped those before.
(dances past lasers)
"F--K YEAH!"
(Security Guard walks in)
"Aw sh!t"
man that was the shit! everyone has to admit that what he did is great skill!
