It's Leonard Nimoy, not Spock. Leonard had five albums, the first being the only one with all Spock-related songs where he did more talking than singing. The second had half-Leonard, half-Spock, and the rest of the albums were pretty much all him, the warm, loving, kind man that doesn't really come out in his acting. Plus, Vulcans do have emotions, they just keep them under very strict control.
The producer on this, Charles Gruen, hit after this with Quentin's theme from Dark Shadows. This sounds like a lot of stuff MOR singers were doing in the 1960s, with kind of a free love come on at the end. Could have been worse....
I'm conflicted. I love Leonard Nimoy, but this song... I'm kind of weirded out. He's super awesome and I love the man, but his songs are... kind of godawful.
He is the perfect man..forever and ever..everythings he start´s is getting perfect..
I LOVE THIS SONG....SO PRETTY....
I had no idea that he WROTE this song!
Though, I'm not surprised, I've read some of his poetry and it's beautiful... just like the man himself ^_^

This is actually pretty good, never knew. Once you're used to the genre.

lol! The rockin' 60s, when pretty much anything could be recorded as an album.
