That Champ looks like the Bud Nosen kit! I have the kit at home to build! I also have from 1968 the Jack Stafford Comanche single to build. Both great kits. I'm going to fit a flying tail to mine. It will be 👌.
My first flying job was at Greater Rockford Airport working for Aero Taxi flying cargo in the Beech 18 then the Mitsubishi MU-2 but there is no other sound than a Radial engine can produce at take off setting. It's so neat to see them in an RC Form. I would like to see if there are an Mooney's

Looks like the best conditions in part 3, not to much in the way of wild take offs and landings. Lovely selection of models as always :)
