As a single mother with two children with special needs is an overwhelming journey, especially when faced with financial difficulties. Lord I struggle to provide the basic necessities for my sons, like groceries and rent. I pray for your divine intervention in my life, that you would provide for my children’s needs and guide me towards financial stability. I will keep faith in you Heavenly Father. 💕

Whatever happened to the Sacerdos Pontifex or the Ecce Sacerdos for the entrance of a bishop, archbishop, or cardinal? Really sad to hear this Protestant hymn being sung at such a solemn occasion. Oh! Right! Vatican 2 threw out all of its sacred music. No solemnity, reverence or respect for Christ and silence. Priests talking, laughing, waving hands during the processional. What has happened to the Catholic Church? The destruction of this cathedral church interior is inexcusable.
I agree that a lot of sacred music was lost after VII but Lauda Jerusalem Dominum isn't a protestant hymn. I thought this choir did a great job with the music from their polyphonic Angus Dei to Os Justi after communion.
I thought Christ was the center of our parish life? Why then is the Bishops chair smack in the Middle of the Sanctuary??
