In this video we will be cleaning and prepping the Greenhouse and installing some much needed gravel. Adam surprised me by having a load of gravel delivered for the driveway. Which meant there was plenty for the Greenhouse too! I'm petty darn excited to finally have gravel installed. It looks so much better than the dirt floor it had previously.
Thank you for watching!

Great job !! Just what I needed to get in gear installing my greenhouse floor.
Yay! I'm so glad my video helped inspire you! I have been so happy with the gravel and have had no weeds since installing it.
Great job!!
Thank you!
did you see any improvement on the heat?
No. I use seed heat mats in the cooler weather and cover the trays to help hold in the heat at night
Hi what are the dimensions of your greenhouse? Great video thank you 😊
8ft x 10ft
Pea gravel? Not crushed? Pea gravel is a pain in the butt to walk on or roll anything on. What kind of gravel did you use???
We used pea gravel. With the smaller size of the greenhouse and added width of the shelves it doesn't leave much floor space to roll anything across the floor and the pea gravel does not shift around much at all. I really have to make an effort to get it to move. If my greenhouse was bigger we would have used crushed or poured a cement floor.
Do I need to put in the weed cloth if my greenhouse is in an area where there won't be weeds getting in? Thanks!
If you are not concerned about weeds then you will probably be fine not using it. It just adds a barrier to protect against it. This year I only had 1 weed pop up inside on the edge where the fabric butted up against the cinder blocks.
@@WrightHereHomestead Thank you. I am a novice at greenhouses so your video was very helpful.
