Kyle and gabe are easily the best on this. They genuinely care and don’t just wanna party. I’m pretty new to these pod casts and don’t know any of there backgrounds. But it’s very clear who actually cares about this platform and brand. Steiny salim and all the other regulars just seem to be there for the clout and partying.
This was a hard watch, I stopped a quarter way in. Kyle needs to check his employees man, they're getting way too entitled. Also, im not even a fan of Gabe but he got something meaningful out this trip and actually had something to contribute to this pod and kept getting shit on because of Steiny's insecurity and Salim's ego (and I like Salim). I agree to parts of your statment when you say that it is good that Gabe brings humbleness to the other nelk-members.
Altough Kyle deserves à LOT of respect from his ”employees” he still needs to maintain a balanced dynamic with the other members to make it entertaining and to keep it a friendly/goofy environment which in itself is the wholeness of the brand.
I think both Gabe and the other members lack understanding in eachother.
Yes Gabe.. It is important to remember whos your boss, yes it is important to do the practicalities and to be on time!
But also remember the vision. In the end of the day, we want to be entertained. And in order for Kyle to be on the pod, it cant just be a boss-employee-dynamic.
