Hello Lottie Sue. I wait just a bit before ironing. After stamping on the fabric the ink isn't wet for very long. Just be sure to use a clean bit of paper between the fabric and iron just in case. Have fun with the project!

You iron on the image before it's dry?
It's not ink. Ranger Paint Dabbers contain acrylic paint. Acrylic paint is permanent on fabric once it has dried.
