    Turkey Stock-
    Fresh turkey
    Onion
    Knorr (Seasoning cube)
    Garlic granules
    Smoked paprika
    Ginger powder
    1 Scotch bonnet pepper
    Salt to Taste
    Rice-
    4 Cups of Asli Golden Basmati Rice
    2 Coconut (freshly Blender coconut milk 4 cups) or you can use coconut milk
    1000ml Turkey stock
    2 tsp Aromat
    Salt to taste
    Prawns-
    170g Prawn cooked
    Seasoning
    Salt to taste
    Vegetable Oil
    Vegetables-
    2 Cups of Mixed vegetables
    3 Mixed peppers (Chopped)
    4 Spring Onions
    1 white Onion (Chopped)
    1 Chopped scotch bonnet pepper
    Ginger grated
    Garlic grated
    2 tsp Thyme
    1 tsp Garlic granules
    1 tsp Ginger powder
    2 knorr (Seasoning cube)
    Salt to taste
