    Glad to see the progress! In just a couple of days I’ll be getting the top braces myself so I’m not too far behind you

    So excited for you to finally get to see the end result! There is a hell of a way to get there tho... but it's worth it! My surgery is planned for October :P so yeah... scared but weirdly excited, more excited to like... stop eating shit I eat now haha, cuz from the moment i start blending my food I prob blend some healthy stuff to help the healing process instead of putting a bunch of chocolate and croissants in the food processor :D

      HAHAHAHA yesssss! It’s one hell of a journey but I am so glad I went through with it and so will you! You’ve taken a great step 😍 don’t worry before you know it you’ll be able to eat anything, it’s literally the first few weeks that you have to be extra careful, and of course for as long as you can avoid crunch hard stuff

      @@anishdev92 i hope so too! Yeah, it's gonna take lots of time and patience to get through this. I'm really happy you don't regret doing this, cuz it's so important to realize that it's gonna take a loooong time to see the final result. Many people whose videos I've watched talk about being somewhat depressed or dissatisfied with their results, but that after some time it will get better. I, personally, really worried about something happening to my nose, like if it gets bigger, crooked, or pulled down due to the stitches or swelling or expansion or whatever, it's the only part of my face that I'm really proud of and just thinking that something might happen to it makes me feel soo bad. Have you noticed any differences in your face structure? Like in lips, nose, or chin now the swelling is gone and you pretty much look like you are supposed to look?

    Do you know if the surgeon cut the sutures that connect your maxilla to your cheek bones? Because usually this expansion procedure makes the cheek bones pop out more. And I doesn't look like your cheek bones have changed much. That would mean that your sutures were cut. Which isn't a bad thing, but it is something that many people find important to make their appearance better.

      Great question! Based on my stitches I only had them on the top, in front of my front teeth, so I would assume he did! I feel like my face is a bit chubby to notice the different but looking at photos, my face is a tad bit different because of how wide my smile is now!

    do you wear self-ligating braces? or are they the conventional ones?

    Hey man, nice face! Has it improved your breathing? How?

      It might just be because I have always grown up with a smaller nasal cavity - and expanding the upper jaw wider has expanded that, allowing me to take in way more air than normal!

      I tried to make a post, turns out I can only do so on UA-cam if I have 1,000 subs! So if you want to shoot me a dm on Instagram @anishdev I can show you the current state of my teeth.

    I don't understand the point of removing your wisdom teeth? You're wisdom teeth are not an evolutionary error. You are supposed to have room for them. All ancient skulls pre industrial and agricultural revolutions had all their teeth and they were straight. Why have palate expansion surgery that doesn't also make room for the wisdom teeth? The point should be to maximize your genetic potential and maximize the health benefits.

    For me will be necessary both of them, i just make the SARPE, without bracelet, it was the same for me, i thought that i will go there and just have the bracelet, buut, indeed my upper jaw was tooo tight. The double jaw will not help, but i need another upper jaw surgery, because, i have it a little bit in front.

    Half an inch once a day for 2 weeks = 7 inches. Quite the expansion lmao. Nice video though.

      @MRxTactiX Рік тому

      What he meant is that he had to rotate the bolt or whatever it is within the appliance 1/2 inch a day, not that the expansion itself was 1/2 in a day
