The English Dub is amazing. I actually find Cascas voice sounds almost identical in both versions, give her VA a chance in the dub she abosultley crushes the role. I couldn't picture Casca sounding any other way.
My favourite blooper has to be Guts screaming 'Alright who's gonna jerk me off!?" 😂

I just had the idea that you maybe wanna react to some trivia until you are ready to start with the manga.
Look up "Götz von Berlichingen" aka Götz, mit der eisernen Hand (Götz with the Iron Hand). The similarities are mindblowing ^^

I gotta say that this was the first anime character and one of the first dub jobs of the actress who did Casca, so that's probably why her voice is kinda bland.
I haven't heard the dub of the Memorial edition but I think is the same actress. So maybe she sounds better there.
Still I like how she portrays Casca after watching the whole anime dubbed.
Ahhhh, that makes a lot of sense that this was one of her first dub jobs! She's fine as a VA, but her voice just doesn't seem to me to match the character in comparison to the Japanese voice actress. But that's a small nitpick! Thanks for the comment!
