I don't know what you do on your channel as this was my first time here.. So I don't know if this is the type of stuff you do all the time....but this video is the type of stuff I like, helped me with a client You got a like and a sub out of me.
Nice review. Color accuracy/consistency is another animal when working with the dye sublimation process. We've been producing high quality art prints since 2002 and our experience with sublimation is an entirely different ball game. Chromaluxe HD is by far the best, well said. Just keep in mind the humidity, temperature, the type of heat press used, the amount of moisture in all of the extra paper used, the lot of inks, the type of transfer paper and even one's elevation, when producing these aluminum panels, can affect output. Not excuses, just all of the variables to consider when sublimating. If you have any specific questions, I'm happy to help if I can. But please let me reiterate was a great job you did with your review. Thanks for helping make the photographic community aware of these unbelievable displays of art. If you ever need another for comparison just let me know. It's on me. -Marc
Excellent opinion that leaves anyone with no idea how important it is to know and edit a photo well and correctly before printing which can completely change the result in the positive direction
First of all, I like your video but All the prints should be the same size if you’re comparing different photo labs. It seems that you are promoting that company
Great video! Exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciated seeing all 4 prints and close ups of the docks. Would appreciate a future video about acrylic versus metal.
Costco is no longer doing any photo products, unfortunately. You criticize Costco for their negligence on color space. If you had checked, they only print(ed) in the standard SRGB color space because they didn't get that much work from pros. I got excellent results from their metal prints. I once accidentally took photos in the Adobe RGB color space and got prints printed for a wedding customer at Costco photo for proofs and they were pretty bad. My first metal prints were from Magnachrome in California and I thought the color was kind of yellowish, but they were night, sunset, and low key. It's finally settled in that they were probably printing in a different color space than the provided files, but at least they are pro printers, right? Only twice the price.
Thank you Brad. i a an artist and I am just started offering prints, and this helps. I am working at the moment with Bay Studio. I want to offer metal, acrylic, art paper. etc... But I need great prices as well. What is your recommendation. Thank you!! JP
Yeah, I was wondering too and it seems he is as he appears on their UA-cam channel too. I wish he would disclose that as it changes the dynamics of his review a little. ua-cam.com/video/-er2hXJb0DY/v-deo.html
not that I'd think the box prints would've been better. just that the box prints aren't the same size as in the are blown up more then the ones on top. easy to see that why was that done it's not apples to apples.
Very informative.... Much appreciated!
Thank you for the comment!

Exactly what I needed. I had not heard of Artbeat Studio, so thanks for introducing me to another pro lab

The close-up images are super helpful - thanks for the great advice!
You’re very welcome
Thanks for helping me to choose Artbeat Studios for my HD Metal Photo Prints. Excellent customer service and the photos look terrific!
Thank you thank you for this!! Had never heard of Artbeat Studios. I'm definitely going to check them out!
Thanks for the info. I just discovered metal prints yesterday!
Amazing video thank you!!
What would you recommend for black and white photography?
Thank you for doing this research! Much appreciated!
Excellent opinion that leaves anyone with no idea how important it is to know and edit a photo well and correctly before printing which can completely change the result in the positive direction
Thank you for this!
It doesn't matter if it's metal or prints Costco always seems to have a cooler color cast to prints. Color is always cooler than what your images are.
The Artbeat Studios photo (top) is sharp but the Bay Photo (below it) has better dark tones. Neither looks perfect on my screen.

Bravo! Great Video!

Great video. Just a thought...maybe include cost difference as well next time. Thanks

Very cool.
are you partnered with Art Beat Studios?
Yeah, I was wondering too and it seems he is as he appears on their UA-cam channel too. I wish he would disclose that as it changes the dynamics of his review a little.

Have you seen or heard anything about the metal prints from micheals?
Is the metal thick and hard to bend or is it like foil?
They are thick.
How does these compare with Printique/AdoramaPix?
dye sublimation dose not have the detail of direct printing
Art Beat Studios is a deal breaker for me. I typically print from 70 inches up to 96 inches and they only go up to 60x40. Why?
Is this a repeat video, I cant see the one I watched previously in your video list?
I had to edit the video because of an error. Same video
@@Bradscottvisuals Cool I thought I may have imagined things. I hate it when that happens, happened to me as well. :)
Should you over expose your photo a little before printing or no?
3:13 close up view of each image
your link for artbeat studios above returns a 404 error code
nice shot i know the location haha (jaws beach)
Nice job. That place was amazing. Love the Bahamas

They aren't blown up they are cropped. The aspect ratio didn't change
its nice
Beautifull Man !!! ;-)
Thank you
