Today's video is an exciting one - I'm reviewing two prints from Metal Mouth Prints. This is the first time I've reviewed prints from these guys, so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. Spoiler alert - they are incredible! One of the best features of these prints is actually the éZi magnetic mount that allows you to swap out the print without removing the frame from the wall. When I review products, I look for things that legitimately solve a problem in the industry. This mounting system does just that. In fact, in my opinion, it's been a number of years since we've seen innovation like this in the metal print industry. I like the idea of a magnetic mounting system... I prefer the frame-less appearance tho. Hopefully they can combine the two some day.
Looks like a quality product. Would like to hear your thoughts on this product vs. Bay Photo metal prints (mounting and frame aside).
Good info. Their prices are pretty much with everyone else's. I like the frame system. I think I would prefer a black frame with some of my photos though.
Hey Carl... pleasure to meet you! Thank you for the kind words. Pricing, perhaps so, however where I believe these folks nail it better than most is the craftsmanship. Frankly speaking, I don't get excited to often, certainly not over a print. What these folks have created, does excite me, it's something fresh for the photography market.
@@photographytalk any time you're printing a large print you expect quality so that's good to know they are top notch. I really can't afford $200 prints even if it's my own work. But at some point I want some large ones made. I like the magnet idea. You can buy 2 or 3 frames and then swap out a lot of prints whenever you want.

Are the pictures printed on the metal or do they heat transfer a photo to the metal?

technically a canvas is a medium on which your art is depicted so you we're wrong there to begin with

Why your B cam is monochrome? This looks very bad especially when you show closeups, details, not only it's usually out of focus but also BW looks bad. Change it please.
