Amazing. Not even 24 hours and he goes from a broken scammer to a victim. That is the textbook example of a Con Artist. There's no sugar coating this, you need psychiatric help or prison bars, those are your options. A broke scammer isn't suddenly going to legally come up with a 1 in a million plan to fix this. You have to fix yourself first, and I don't see it here, not even true remorse.

Using assets or capital of the business to fund personal and/or lavish expenses would constitute a violation of that fiduciary duty at a minimum and likely be considered fraud. The business is likely bankrupt, but that doesn’t relieve the officers of any legal repercussions for their activities while operating the business. An outstanding debt and court ordered restitution are very different things. Also, any personal liability protection offered by various types of legal entities would be voided by “piercing the corporate veil”. Examples of this would be commingling business and personal expenses, which appears to have happened based on admissions in the previous video and text message.

Today, I see a guy who talks like the old you with the addiction problems. You are back to being aggressive towards the haters, but there is no plan to earn back the first dollar of the $5 million. Personally, get off social media and get into daily AA meetings. One of the 12 steps is to apologize to everyone you wronged and not us. The biggest apologies are to Marco and all of your employees, the clients who you stole from, Jordan the dealer you threatened over the Frankenstein watch, and Watch Nicholas. Social Media is not your friend, but Alcoholics Anonymous needs to be.
