Been dealing wiyh anxiety for about 4yrs now..its. ore situational but it sure comes on strong and i sometimes feel defeated. Right im trembling and been mediating and praying and had therapy appt yesterday. Was up all night with anxiety. I know during this pandemic so many of us have beend struggling with it. Even those who may not have really delt with it before are now. Prayers for all the ones out there trying to do their best each day they wake up. I understand and know the feeling. I let fear and worry get the best of me. I lift .my family up in prayer as we deal with a family situation. I am scared and am trying to hold on to faith and hope. to all my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, and even those who do not know Jesus, yet struggle with a broken mind, like myself, I pray for you all.. that God would heal our minds and give us the strength for each day, moment by moment.
as someone who suffers with an anxiety disorder, every day seems like such a battle to get through.
Jesus is our faithful and merciful High Priest who knows our suffering.
He cares for us so much, even when we do not perceive His presence.
may our faithful and gracious God, pour out His peace upon our hearts and our minds and give us the strength and faith to trust in Him.

Been dealing wiyh anxiety for about 4yrs now..its. ore situational but it sure comes on strong and i sometimes feel defeated. Right im trembling and been mediating and praying and had therapy appt yesterday. Was up all night with anxiety. I know during this pandemic so many of us have beend struggling with it. Even those who may not have really delt with it before are now. Prayers for all the ones out there trying to do their best each day they wake up. I understand and know the feeling. I let fear and worry get the best of me. I lift .my family up in prayer as we deal with a family situation. I am scared and am trying to hold on to faith and hope. May God bless you and who ever comes to this video for prayer. May we all find a way thru what it is we are going thru. This too shall pass.

As i returned to this video today as i struggle with amxiety still..so much goin on my family. 2 deaths months apart, father who we just started hopsic for and brother fightinf cancer whom i been helping and taking care of. Worry is taking over. Thank you so much for your prayer. I know you left a comment a year ago but that means a lot from a stranger. Sometimes when it rains it pours and i know the storm will pass.
