Govt. Indian child are very talented but unko sahi teaching nehin Milta hai.
Mid-day meal is purely a political stunt started by Congress govt. Childern should be provided with milk, bread or granules. It won't reduce attendance. As for food security argument it must be addressed by different schemes and for the whole family, not merely the child.

As per international it did happened with that stone age thinking bz a lot of poor people don't have 1 meal to eat forget about education ,so when they were able to feed their kid 1 good meal for free along with educational they did sent
