I just finished installing a new clutch on my 08 with all OEM Honda parts. Getting the clutch cover on was such a pain. Lining up all the pins and the starter shafts is like herding cats. I had to stop for a few days and start over with fresh Threebond. Where did you get the torque spec for the case bolts? The shop manual doesn't say so I made them all "snug". Also, I'm not sure my clutch is disengaging properly. I squeeze the clutch lever while in gear and the rear tire doesn't spin freely. There a little play with the clutch lifter plate after I installed the "stopper ring" and snap ring. My oil pan is off (as well as exhaust and radiator), so I'm unable to start it and test it out. Last thing I wanna do is ruin this new clutch and/or start over again. Thanks for posting this vid.
